摘要
用热模成型的方法制备竹屑粉酚醛树脂(PF)基复合材料,并对其力学性能特点进行了研究。结果表明:竹屑粉/PF复合材料中的竹屑粉含量和粒度对性能有明显的影响,控制竹屑粉的粒度和分散度能使竹屑粉/PF复合材料取得较好的性能。
One bamboo powder reinforcement PF resin composite was made. The properties of this composite had been studied. The dimension of particles and the content of bamboo powder in the composite was obvious to the compound materials performance influence. The bamboo powder reinforcement PF resin composites could get better property by controlling the dimension of the particles and its area in the material.
