摘要
目的探讨双乙烯酮对眼部的损伤机制、表现、急救及预防措施。方法对双乙烯酮210例眼部损害进行回顾性分析。结果402只眼均获治愈。并证实了现场结膜囊冲洗具有至关重要的作用,而维生素C、贝复舒、光安滴眼液则均可减轻组织反应,促进角膜上皮生长。结论及时有效的现场急救可明显减轻眼部原发性损害,而促进角膜上皮生长的滴眼液对眼部继发损害有确切的预防和治疗作用。
Objective Study on the mechanism of ocular burn causing by dikctene and its manifestation, emergency treatment and preventive measures. Methods 210 oclar cases of ocular bum by diketene had been analysed retrospectively. Results All 402 eyes completely recovered,and jt showed that on-site conjunctival sac flushing of great importance. Eye drops vitmin c, bFGF and aeetylcystine had a significant on reduing the tissue damage and promoting corneal epithelium growth. Conclusion On-site emergency treatments could markedly reduce the primary eye damage by diketene and eye drops could play a definite role in preventing and curing secondary damages.
