眼化学性烧伤综合治疗临床分析

Treatment of ocular chemical burn.

目的探讨眼化学性烧伤综合治疗的效果。方法对眼化学性烧伤48例（79眼）进行综合治疗，包括：彻底冲洗结膜囊、清除附着致伤物、中和毒素、散瞳、局部和全身应用维生素C、抗生索及手术等。结果Ⅰ度烧伤49眼经治疗后视力均恢复至0．8以上；结膜光洁，角膜透明。Ⅱ度烧伤17眼，视力恢复至0．3者2眼，0．4～0．6者6眼，0．7，1．0者9眼；角膜薄翳3眼，角膜血管增生1眼。Ⅲ度烧伤7眼，视力恢复至0．05者2眼，0．1～0．3者5眼；角膜薄翳3眼、角膜白斑4眼，角膜血管增生3眼。Ⅳ度烧伤6眼，视力恢复至光感Ⅰ眼，〉光感-0．02者4眼，0．05者1眼；角膜血管性浑浊，结膜增厚5眼，角膜白斑1眼，结膜囊变窄2眼。结论眼化学烧伤综合治疗可取得较好效果。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of complex treatment of eye chemical burn, Methods 48 cases （79 eyes） of eye chemical burn were treated as follows ： wash the conjunctival sac, clean ocular foreign bodies,use mydriatic,local and general give vitamin C and antibiotic, some cases accepted of surgery. Results 48 cases （49 eyes） in grade Ⅰ got 0.8 or better vision after treatment, the eonjunctival has no symblepharon, the corneal is translucent, 17 eyes in grade Ⅱ bum group：2 eyes＇ vision get to 0.3,6 eyes to 0.4 - 0.6,the other 9 eyes to 0.7 - 1.0,the corneal nebula in 3 eyes,corneal neovascularization in 1 eye.7 eyes in grade Ⅲ burn group：2 eyes＇ vision to 0.05,0.1 -0.3 in the other 5 eyes, the nebula in 3 eyes, leukoma in 4 eyes, 3 eyes with corneal neovaseularization. 6 eyes in grade Ⅳ bum group：5 eyes with light perception to 0.02,1 eyes has 0.05, the corneal neovascularization in 5 eyes,leukoma in 1 eye,symblepharon in 2 eyes. Conclusion The chemical bum eyes can get a better result after treatment.
