家庭暴力是人类社会长期存在的一个毒瘤,曾被人称作“无法避免的后果”。家庭暴力是家庭内部具有亲密关系的人员之间的暴力伤害行为,其背后存在复杂的文化、经济、思想和制度上的原因。无论国内法还是国际法均对其持谴责的态度,尽管也许不能最终消除,社会仍然要尽最大的努力在最大范围内使之能够避免。

Domestic violence has been a kind of cancer in the long history and called ＂unavoidable result＂. We can define it as a kind of violent behavior existed in family members who have intimate relationships. Behind it there are complex causations such as cultural, economic, ideological and systemic causations etc. Now whether domestic or international law has a criticizing attitude to it. No matter what rcason, our society should do its best to avoid this phenomenon in a maximum range.
