介绍了由脉冲电容器、开关组成的DPF能源装置及其调试,详述了场畸变火花开关、接插口及传输线的设计要点。该装置储能12.5 KJ,回路电感约57 NH,在工作电压为25 KV、负载为50 NH时,输出冲击电流峰值>400 KA、击穿延时<80 NS、击穿时间分散性<15 NS、周期约12.5ΜS。
A 12. 5 kJ Mather-type DPF energy supply device composed of a pulse capacitor, field distortion spark gap, contact socket and transmission line is developed and debugged, in which the circuit inductance about 57 nil, peak current over 400 kA, and a delay in 80 ns range with jetty less than 15 ns can be achieved when operation voltage is 25 kV. The physical design and structure design of the field distortion spark gap are described in detail. The design of contact socket and transmission line, and the test of the device are also introduced.
