对新型农村合作医疗运行模式的探讨

目的探索新型农村合作医疗运行的新模式。方法对宁夏隆德县、平罗县已试行的新型农村合作医疗运行模式进行对比分析,结合山区、川区县乡镇卫生院和县级医疗机构住院费用的分析,测算不同地区、不同医疗机构的补偿比,建立新的运行模式。结果新的运行补偿模式按照乡镇卫生院、县级医疗机构、非定点医疗机构分为三个层次,乡和县级每一个层次分三个补偿段,非定点医疗机构501元以上报销15%。山区、川区封顶线分别为8000元和10000元。结论在宁夏统一建立山区、川区2种新型农村合作医疗运行模式是可行的。

Objective We explore the new model of the new rural cooperative medical system acted in village.
