端粒酶活性的测定在鉴别良、恶性胸腔积液中的价值 被引量:2

The value of telomerase activity in diagnostic benign and malignant pleural effusion

摘要 目的研究端粒酶在良、恶性胸腔积液中的表达,评价端粒酶在鉴别良、恶性胸腔积液中的价值。方法用端粒重复序列扩增法(TRAP)检测20例恶性胸腔积液和19例良性胸腔积液中端粒酶的表达,分析良、恶性胸腔积液端粒酶表达的差异。结果20例恶性胸水脱落细胞中端粒酶活性检测阳性者9例,阴性11例,端粒酶活性阳性表达率为45%;19例良性胸水脱落细胞中4例端粒酶活性阳性表达,15例阴性,端粒酶活性阳性表达率为21.1%;4例TRAP检测阳性患者中肺结核患者2例,另外2例为肺炎旁胸腔积液;经统计学分析良、恶性胸腔积液患者间端粒酶活性表达无显著性差异。结论本研究结果尚不足以证明端粒酶可作为鉴别诊断良、恶性胸腔积液的生物学标志物。 Objective To study telomerase activity in pleural effusion for evaluating the value of differentiating malignant from benign pleural effusion. Methods Using a polymerase chain reaction based assay, telcmerase activity was examined in the pleural fluid cells obtained frcrn 20 malignant patients and 19 benign patients which were proved by cytolcgy combined with other diagnostic means. Fisher's exact test was used to analyse the telomerase activity difference between malignant and benign patients. Results The presence of telomerase activity was observed in nine of twenty malignant eases(45 % ) and four of nineteen in benign group(21.1% ). Two telomerase - positive pleural effusion in benign group were obtained from patients with tuberculosis and the other two eases were found froth parapneumonia patients,There was no significant difference between malignant and benign group in telomerase activity. Conclusion Our findings have not yet addressed that telomerase activity may be a biologic marker of malignant pleural effusion.
