在进行大量调研的基础上，分析了目前编辑出版领域用户的需求，确定了编辑出版管理系统要实现的功能．系统以SQL Server2000为数据后台，采用规范设计法中的新奥尔良法对数据库分步进行了构建，给出了主要数据库表及主要数据库表之间的关系，确定了数据库的安全机制．数据库的设计完成可为整个系统的实现提供基础保证．

On the basis of many studies, the needs of users in the field of editorial publication are analyzed, and the function of editorial publication management system are determined. SQL Server 2000 is background data plat in this system. This system applies the New Orleans of regular design method in the process of building database, and is designed step by step, provide main database table and relation of the main database table , safe model of database is determined. Design and completion of database provide basis for realization of the whole system.
