地方性砷中毒生物标志物的研究概况及展望 被引量:25

摘要 地方性砷中毒是因自然界环境中含砷量过高所引起的生物地球化学性疾病。地方性砷中毒在世界范围内流行广泛,已成为一种世界性的严重威胁人类健康的公害病。目前世界上有许多国家的饮用水中砷浓度超过WHO指导标准0.01mg/L或超过了其国家所规定的标准,包括阿根廷、澳大利亚、孟加拉国、智利、中国、匈牙利、印度、墨西哥、秘鲁、泰国和美国等。多年来,世界各国学者对地方性砷中毒进行了广泛而深入的研究,在病因学、主要临床表现、发病机制、流行规律及防治措施等方面取得了显著进展。目前人们已对地方性砷中毒的发病机制有了初步的了解。但由于缺乏有效的手段,早期发现并确定高砷暴露对人体健康的影响以及地方性砷中毒病情、预后的预警、评价系统,制约了砷与健康关系研究的进一步深入。
