保留胰腺的十二指肠切除术
摘要
胰十二指肠切除术作为治疗胰头及十二指肠周围区域恶性肿瘤、多发良性病变及严重外伤的经典术式，在临床上被广泛采用。但这一术式切除范围大，对手术技术要求高，术后并发症多，尚不能在各级基层医院广泛开展。另外，针对十二指肠的良性病变施行胰十二指肠切除术虽彻底切除了病变但同时切除了正常的胰腺组织。近年来出现了保留胰腺的十二指肠切除术（pancreas-sparing duodenectomy，PSD），PSD作为一种较新的术式在治疗十二指肠良性病变及严重外伤具有明显优势，本文对PSD的研究进展综述如下。
