大学教育中长期存在的科学教育与人文教育相分离的事实，要实现科学教育与人文教育的统一，学校必须适应社会发展及人自身全面发展的要求，以“大教育观”为统领，以课程为基础，教师为主导，学生为主体，教育过程为手段，校园文化环境为重要载体，坚持改革创新，坚持科学教育与人文教育的统一，积极构建完整的教育体系。

College science education and humanism education have been separated from each other for quite a long time. To realize their unity, colleges and universities must adapt themselves to the requirements of social development and all-round development of ineividuals, taking the general view of education as its commander, curriculums as its basis, teachers as its leader, students as its main body, educational process as its means, campus cultural environment as its carrier, it should also adhere to reformation and innovation and the unity of science education with humanism education, and take vigorous actions to coustruct integrated education system.
