医学生创新能力培养模式研究

Research on the Mode of Training Innovative Ability of Medical Students

分析了目前国内、外医学生创新能力培养模式的现状，提出了西安交通大学医学院学生创新能力培养模式的思路。通过实践环节和实验课的教学方法的探索、优质教学资源保证、建立完善的考核体系等四个方面的改革，达到对医学生创新能力培养的目标。

This article analyzed the current situation of the modes of training innovative ability of medical students at home and abroad, and proposed rome ideas about innovative ability training mode at the Medical School of Xi＇an Jiaotong University. The goal to train students＇ innovative ability was reached through reforms in practice, experiment teaching method, teaching resources and examination system.
