摘要
为使临床教学质量不断提高,在进一步完善教学质量监控评价机制的基础上,我们开展实施了临床医学教学督导信息书面反馈。由教学质量监控专家委员会委员、学生代表、教学管理人员和同行教师对课堂、见习及实习三大教学环节分别进行教学质量评估,将座谈会和教学质量评估结果进行书面反馈。通过一年半三个学期的具体实施,《临床医学教学反馈信息》共出了6期,在提高临床教学质量方面起到了一定作用,为学院进一步加强临床教学管理打下了基础。
In order to improve clinical teaching quality constantly and based on the perfected teaching quality supervision system,we carried out written feedback of the teaching supervision information of clinical medicine.The information included informal discussion with students and the results of teaching quality evaluation in the three great teaching links——classroom,apprentice and practice that were evaluated by the expert committee members,student representatives,teaching administrators and peer teachers.After three semesters' implementation in one and a half years,'the Feedback Information of Clinical Medical Teaching' has been published in six volumes,which has helped raise clinical teaching quality and lay foundation for the further strengthening of clinical teaching management.
