摘要
“教授不教”这一现象久已存在,目前该问题已相当突出且日益严重。教授缘何不教,这一现象的发生固然有教师的个体原因,但也有社会原因,更有制度原因。
The phenomenon of “Professors don't teach” has existed for a long time. At present, the problem has become more prominent and serious than before. Why is it that “Professor don't teach” ? The phenomenon is relevant to teachers, society and the mechanism.
