摘要
知识经济时代赋予教育新的任务与要求。本文从几方面论述了现代教师所具有的素质,指出教师只有通过不断的学习、完善自我、丰富多方面的知识,才能跟上时代前进的步伐。
It endows new task and request to the education in knowledge economic times. This paper discusses the qualities of modem teachers from several aspects. It points out that teachers can catch up with the advancing step of times only through unceasing study, self- perfection and knowledge enrichment.
