It is important for constructing harmonious society to reduce the gap between the urban and rural region.Since the policy of reform and opening to the outside world was implemented, the gap between the urban and rural region increasingly,because of the various functions of comprehensive factors. Only summarize the precept and draw lessons from experiences that developed countries solve the problem, then can we really put forward calid measures to contract the gap between urban and region and set up harmonious society.
