摘要
涉及雇佣关系的人身损害事例近一来频繁发生,由此产生的赔偿责任问题应当区别为三个方面, 需要从理论上分别加以分析,从而为完善立法和准确司法奠定基础。
The relation of employment labour is a kind of social relation which happens quite often in present epoch of market economy. Cases of personal damage involving employment labour usually take place in the practice. The compensational liability of employment labour includes three aspects which need analyzing theoretically and respectively, thus laying a foundation to improve legislation and to judge cases correctly.
