应用微柱凝胶法鉴定婴儿ABO及RH(D)血型的分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析以微柱凝胶法全自动血型系统鉴定婴儿脐带血ABO及Rh(D)的血型可行性。方法选取500份婴儿脐带血标本,采用试管法和微柱凝胶法进行ABO和Rh(D)血型鉴定。结果在鉴定婴儿ABO和Rh(D)血型时,试管法正反定型符合率84.2%(421/500),微柱凝胶法符合率98.4%(492/500),且微柱凝胶法的正定型结果全部正确。RHD检测结果两法一致。结论微柱凝胶法检测婴儿的ABO和Rh(D)血型时优于传统试管法,在常规血型检查应推广应用。 Objective To differentiate ABO and Rh(D) blood groups of umbilical cord blood of infants with automatic determination system of micro - column gel agglutination assay (MGAA). Methods Five hundreds of umbilical cord blood samples were collected and the blood group of ABO and Rh(D) were differentiated with traditional tube test and micro - column gel agglutination assay. Results The coincidence rates of ABO blood group typing and reversed typing by MGAA and traditional tube test were 98. 4% (492/500) and 84.2% (421/500), respectively. Same results were observed in differentiation of Rh(D) blood group by the two methods. Conclusion MGAA is superior to traditional tube test in differentiation of ABO and Rh(D) blood groups and it can be popularized in routine differentiation of blood group.
