血清CEA、CA_(125)、CA_(153)、SF联检在肺癌诊断中的价值

The value of joint detection of serum CEA,CA_(125),CA_(153) and SF in diagnosis of lung cancer

目的评价血清CEA、CA125、CA153、SF联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法用电化学发光法测定53例肺癌患者,62例肺良性疾病患者及22例健康体检者血清CEA、CA125、CA153、SF水平的变化,评价4项指标联合应用的诊断价值。结果肺癌组血清CEA、CA125、CA153、SF含量明显高于正常对照组及肺良性疾病组(P<0.01),单项肿瘤指标CEA、CA125、CA153和SF的检测敏感性分别为58.50%,52.83%,47.17%,62.26%。联合检测可提高检测的敏感性,达88.68%。结论多项肿瘤标志物联合检测可提高肺癌的诊断率,在肺癌的早期诊断方面可为临床提供有价值的资料。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of measuring the four tumor makers（ CEA, CA125, CA153, SF）for diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods These tumor markers in serum were measured with electro - dhemilumineseence immunoassay, ECLIA） in 53 patients with lung cancers 62 benign lung disease and 20 healthy subjects. Results The levels of the markers in lung cancer group were all higher than those of benign lung diseases and healthy subjects （P 〈 0.01 ）. The sensitivity of single tumor marker （CEA, CA125,CA153 ,SF）was58.49% ,52.83% ,47.17% ,62.26% respectively. The sensitivity of combined measurement was 88.68 %. Conclusion Combined measurement of various serum tumor markers can significantly increase the diagnostic sensitivity for lung cancer, and provide useful information for early diagnosis of disease in patients with lung cancer.
