中青年院前死亡临床特点分析

目的 探讨中青年院前死亡的临床特点，为预防院前死亡提供临床依据。方法 研究179例中青年院外死亡病例，回顾性分析其病因，临床特点，年龄、性别分布特点，季节分布特点，同时将本研究结果与相关文献报道进行比较。结果 中青年院外创伤死亡原因主要为交通伤及坠落伤，猝死病因前两住是不明原因猝死及心血管疾病。非创伤组死亡高峰的年龄段为40～49岁，创伤组在19～39岁。有明显季节变化规律，4月最高，6、7月最低。结论 需提高群众创伤急救意识，重视“白金十分钟”。部分不明原因猝死的患者可能是青壮年猝死综合征。应养成良好的生活习惯，在每年院前死亡的高发季节均娶做好相应生理、心理的调整。

Conclusion To popularize the knowledge of emergency is the key measure tbr reducing mortality. In addition, proper and healthy life style be fostered.
