高效液相色谱法测定己烯雌酚的实验研究

Experimental study on the detection of diethylstilbestrol with high performance liquid phase chromatography

目的 研究畜禽肉及内脏类样品中己烯雌酚的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 用甲醇二次提取畜禽内及内脏中己烯雌酚，以AgilentSB-C18色谱柱分离，二极管阵列检测器（DAD）高效液相色谱法测定舍量。结果 按常规取样5g时方法最小检出浓度0．24mg／kg；加标回收率分别为98．7％-104．3％和99．6％-101．7％；精密度RSD〈5％；范围0．06-1．20ug／ml，r=0．9996。结论 用HPLC法测定己烯雌酚简便快捷，有较好的精密度和准确度，较适用于畜禽肉及内脏中己烯雌酚的测定。

Objective To explore the methods of determination of diethylstilbestrol in meat and viscera of domesticated poultry and animals by high performance liquid phase chromatography （ HPLPC ）. Methods Diethylstilbestrol was extracted by using methanol and separated with Agilent SB-C18 column and the content was determined by diode array detector （DAD）, Results The minimum detection concentration was 0.24mg/kg if the quantity of sample was 5g. Tile recovery rate of added sample was 98.7% ～ 104.3% aad 99.6% - 101.7 %. The RSD was 〈 5% , There showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.06～1. 20μml （r = 0.9996）, Conclusion HPLPC is a rapid, simple and accurate method for determination of diethylstilbestrol.
