175株耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌药敏结果分析

目的了解利福平对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的抗菌作用,指导临床合理用药。方法采用Kirty-Bauer纸片扩散法作待测菌株对利福平等10种抗生素药敏试验后作分析。结果MRSA对利福平的敏感性仅比万古霉素稍低,但比其它8种抗生素的敏感率高,而且存在差异显著性。结论临床治疗MRSA感染时,根据病情需要,可选用利福平治疗。

Objective To analyze resistance of 175 methieillin- resistant Staphylococcus aureus （MRSA） to rifampicin and other nine antibiotics, and provide guidance for clinical use of the drug in reasonable way. Methods K - B scrip was used for testing the sensitivity of ten antibiotics including fifampicin. Results The sensitivity of methicillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus to ri- fampicin was just lower than that of vancomycin, but higher than that of other eight antibiotics. Moreover, the difference is significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Rifampicin can, based on the severity of illness, be chosen for treatment of methieillin - resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
