摘要
干部考评是干部管理的重要方法之一,是“知人”的主要手段,是用人的重要前提。在根据外界环境变化和组织战略需要的基础上,干部考核应采取多样化的方法。
Examination and appraisement is one of the important means of cadre management, a primary measures of judge people and a primary premise of selecting and employing people. Examining cadres should take various methods on the basis of environment change and tile need of organization strategic.
