幽门螺杆菌相关性慢性胃炎胃肠激素水平变化研究 被引量:3

Study on the Alteration of Serum Gastrin,Somatostatin and Tumor Necrosis Factor of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Gastritis

摘要 目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性慢性胃炎患者血清中胃泌素(Gas)、生长抑素(SS)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的变化及其相互之间关系的意义。方法:采用放免法,分别测定并比较82例Hp阳性、31例Hp阴性以及82例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者根除后空腹血清中Gas、SS和TNF的水平。结果:Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者血清Gas水平和TNF水平明显高于Hp阴性慢性胃炎患者和正常对照组(P<0.01),血清SS水平明显低于Hp阴性慢性胃炎患者和正常对照组(P<0.01),Gas与SS之间呈负相关关系,TNF与SS之间呈负相关,Gas与TNF之间呈正相关,Hp根除后,血清Gas明显下降(P<0.01),血清SS明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:慢性胃炎患者血清中Gas、SS和TNF水平变化与Hp感染有关,抗Hp治疗后均有不同程度的恢复。 Objective:To investigate the alteration and correlationship among serum Gastrin(Gas), Somatostatin(SS) and Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF)in Helicobacter pylori associated chronic gastritis. Methods:Concentration of serum Gas,SS and TNF were determinated by radio- immunity assay in 31 Hp-negative and 82 Hp-positive chronic gastritis before and after successfully eradication of Hp. Results:Gas concentration of Hp-positive chronic gastritis group was significant higher than those of Hp-negative chronic gastritis and control group(P〈0.01), and so did concentration of TNF. While,SS concentration of Hp-positive chronic gastritis group was significant lower than those of Hp-negative chronic gastritis and control group(P〈0.01). There was a positive correlation(P〈0.01) between Gas and TNF and a negative correlation (P〈0.01)between SS and Gas or TNF. Gas and TNF were significantly reduced (P〈0.01), while SS increased(P 〈0. 01) after Hp was successfully eradicated. Conclusion: There is a close correlationship between the concentration of Gas, SS, TNF and Helicobacter pylori infection in chronic gastritic; The concentration of Gas, SS, TNF would recovered correspondingly after Hp was successfully eradicated.
