狼疮性肾炎患者血清白细胞介素6水平的研究

Study of Interleukin-6 Levels in Patients with Lupus Nephritis

目的:探讨血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)与狼疮性肾炎(LN)的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验法(ELISA)检测28例LN患者(LN组)和30例健康志愿者(正常对照组)IL-6水平。结果:①LN组患者血清IL-6水平显著高于正常对照组,经治疗后IL-6水平有所下降,但仍高于正常对照组;②LN组患者血清IL-6水平与抗dsDNA抗体滴度呈正相关,与血清补体C3呈负相关。结论:IL-6参与了LN的发病,与LN的活动性相关。

Objective：To investigate the relationship between the serum levels of interleukin-6 and lupus nephritis. Methods：The serum concentrations of IL-6 were measured by ELISA in LN patients and normal controls. Results：①serum levels of IL-6 in 28 LN patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls and they became lower after treatment in 26 patients but were still higher than those in normal controls;②serum levels of IL-6 were shown to have a positive correlation with serum level of anti-dsDNA and a negative correlation with serum level of Ca. Conclusion：The results suggest that IL-6 might play certain roles in the pathogensis of LN and might be correlated with the disease activity.
