标准化变应原治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of standard allergin on allergin rhinitis patients.

目的观察及分析标准化变应原治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效和安全性。方法应用屋尘螨、粉尘螨及混合螨对182例确诊为变应性鼻炎患者进行特异性免疫治疗,随访观察疗效,并对相关资料进行统计分析。结果特异性免疫治疗后,患者的鼻部症状有明显减轻,与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);初始治疗后变应性鼻咽患者总有效率80.7%,维持治疗后总有效率达86.3%。治疗过程未发生严重的并发症或不良反应。结论标准化变应原免疫治疗能有效缓解或减轻变应性鼻炎患者的症状,且疗效高、不良反应少、操作简便。

Objective To analyse the therapeutic effects and the safety of standard allergen on the patients with allergic rhinitis. Methods The speeifie immunotherapy was performed in 182 patients with allergic rhinitis using the standard allergen （standard mites）. The therapeutic effects and the safety were followed - up and analysed. Results The main symptoms of allergic rhinitis were significantly alleviated in those treated with standard mites comparison with those untreated （P 〈 0.005）. The effective rates were 80.7% after the Fast phases of the SIT and 86.3% after the second phases. No serious complications or bad reaction happened in the treatment process. Conclusion Specific immunotheray with standard allergen can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis in addition to a high wre rate, rare serious complications and easy to perfom.
