钩藤中总生物碱的提取分离研究

Studied on the extraction and separation of total alkaloids from ramulus vncariae cum vncis.

目的探讨钩藤中的总生物碱的提取分离方法。方法醇类溶剂提取法、离子交换树脂分离法。结果0·1%盐酸乙醇作为提取溶剂提取总生物碱量最多,001×7型强酸性阳离子树脂分离效果最好。结论乙醇提取、强酸性阳离子树脂提取、分离总生物碱是一种经济简便、效率较高的方法。

Objective To establish a method for the extraction, separation of the total alkalodis from ramulus vneariae eum vneis. Methods Alcohol and strong acid cation exchange resin were used in the extraction and separation. Results Maximum alkaloids could be extracted with 0.1% acidic alcohol and best separation results could be obtained by using 001×7 strong acid cation exchange resin. Conclusion The methods of extraction of alkaloids with alcohol and separation with strong acid cation exchange resin are economy, convenient and highly efficient,
