产超广谱β-内酰胺酶菌株及其耐药性监测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)在大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌中的检出率及耐药特点,指导临床用药。方法采用双纸片协同试验检测产ESBLs菌株,用K-B琼脂扩散法作药敏试验。结果ESBLs总检出率为39.8%,其中大肠埃希菌的检出率为37.7%,肺炎克雷伯菌的检出率为43.4%,产ESBLs菌对亚胺培南100%敏感,对头孢哌酮\舒巴坦的耐药率较低。结论加强对ESBLs菌株及其耐药率监测,能指导临床合理用药,是预防和控制ESBLs细菌感染的重要措施。 Objective To analyze the detection rate and drug resistant status of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae producing ESBLs in order to direct proper use of drugs in clinical treatment, Methods The double - disk synergy test was performed to detect ESBLs - producing strains and Kirby - Bauer test was used for drug sensitivity test, Results The total positive rate of ES- BLs is 39.8 %, the rates in detection of E. eoli and K. pneumoniae were 37.7 % and 43.4 %, respectivcely. The sensitivity of ES- BLs - producing bacteria to imipenem was 100%. The resistance to cefoporazone/sulbactam was low. Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring of bacterial drug resistance, is the important measure to guide clinical use of antibiotics and control ESBLS - producing bacteria infection.
