Researching Status of Exercise Sciences and Application Prospect of Genomics,Proteomics,New Technologies

摘要 简要回顾了过去40年运动人体科学发展历程,认为在每一个发展阶段,先进的科学技术对该学科的发展都产生了深刻的影响。文章综述了基因组学与基因芯片技术、蛋白质组学与蛋白质芯片技术在运动人体科学中的应用研究进展。由于基因组学、蛋白质组学相继建立,基因芯片和蛋白质芯片技术的逐步完善,对运动人体科学的研究将起到很好的促进作用。未来可能会从分子水平上进一步对运动与人体适应进行实质性的研究,因此可能出现“运动基因组学”或“运动蛋白质组学”的概念,研究热点将集中在运动营养基因组学、运动员基因选材和基因诊断、运动员机能评定的生物芯片以及兴奋剂检测的生物芯片等方面。 This paper reviewed the devdopment of exercise sciences in the past 40 years and it regards that the developed technologies always influence the development of exercise sciences deeply. This paper sums up the application of genomics and gene chip, pmteomics and protein chip in exercise sciences, because of the consummation of genomies and gene chip, pmteomics and protein chip, researchers will study body's adaptation to sports further in molecular lever. In the future, sports genomics and sports proteomies will emerge, and the researching focuses will be sports nutritional genomics, athletes' gene selecting material and gene diagnosis, biochip for evaluation of athletes' function, biochip for doping detection.
