改革开放以来我国农村土地制度的思考

《2005年农村经济绿皮书》呼吁“目前的农村土地制度必须改革”。但是怎样改?往哪个方向改?现在还是一个没有标准答案的问题。本文在总结改革开放二十多年来农村土地制度实践经验的基础上,分析了它在新形势下存在的问题和缺陷,从中获得启迪和借鉴,并对今后农村土地制度创新的目标和方向提出一点自己的思考。
