慈善公益事业是我国社会保障制度的有机组成部分,对促进社会稳定,推动精神文明建设发挥着积极作用。青海民慈救助会作为西部地区的民间慈善机构,以助学、济困、助孤、安老为宗旨,开展慈善救助工作,积极探索符合地区实际的慈善救助之路。

Public charity service is an organic part of social security system in our country. It plays an active role in promoting social stability and moral civilization construction. Qinghai Minorities Charity Fund is a non - government charity organization of west region. It aims at helping the grant - aided students, the families with material difficulties ,the old and the young;it also aims at working hard at exploring the practical ways and means in public charity which accords with the actual situation of the region.
