摘要
管理观念的更新历来为杰出的管理思想家所重视,而且把它看作是管理人才与管理人员的重要区别。管理观念在“管理”中占居首席位置,管理观念的落后将导致整个管理系统的落后。更新管理观念会遇到各个方面的阻碍,主要来自于文化的惯性、制度的惯性、利益的惯性、权威的惯性四个方面的阻碍,因而更新管理观念实际上是不同思想观念的正面较量。
