EDOP方案治疗复发难治性恶性淋巴瘤45例分析

Treatment of refractory or relapsing malignant lymphoma with EDOP regimens:a report of 45 cases

目的:观察EDOP方案治疗复发难治性恶性淋巴瘤的疗效和毒副作用。方法:对45例复发难治性恶性淋巴瘤患者采用EDOP联合化疗方案进行治疗。结果:EDOP联合化疗方案有效率为(CR+PR)71.1%,完全缓解率(CR)为33.3%,部分缓解(PR)37.8%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论:EDOP方案治疗难治性或复发性恶性淋巴瘤有效率高,毒副反应低,值得进一步研究和推广。

Objective To evaluate the effects and side-effects of EDOP regimens of refractory or relapsing malignant lymphoma. Method 45 patients with refractory or relapsing malignant lymphoma were treated with EDOP regimens. Results The overall response rate was 71.1%, the rate of complete remission was 33.3%, the rate of partial remission was 37.8%.Main toxicities were neutropem and gastrointestinal side effects. Conclusion EDOP regimen has high effects and is safe in treatment of refractory or relapsing malignant lymphoma.
