摘要
采用微波辐射和固体NaOH联用的选择性加热方法,在低温下(<5℃)合成二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DADMAC).研究了微波辐射、超声辐射和固体NaOH溶解内加热对其化学反应过程的影响.结果表明,生成叔胺的反应时间缩短为7min,产率增加了25%.以DADMAC作单体,聚合得到聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDADMAC)的特性粘度为2.7,絮凝效果大大提高.
Diallyldimethylammonium chloride was synthesized by selective heating under microwave irradiation and using solid NaOH at low temperature( 〈5℃ ). A series of studies were conducted on the effect of microwave irradiation, ultrasound and solid NaOH addition on the reaction process. The result shows that reaction time for tertiary amine formation is only 7min, and the yield is increased by 25%. PDADMAC with intrinsic viscosity 2.7 is polymerized in the aqueous solution. The flocculation efficiency is obviously increased.
