摘要
用贻贝和牡蛎作为生物指示物研究渤海近岸水体中丁基锡的污染现状.结果表明,丁基锡检出率达100%.总丁基锡浓度在23.4ngSn·g-1至162.4ngSn·g-1范围内,平均浓度为64.8ngSn·g-1.在丁基锡化合物中三丁基锡为主要的污染物,表明我国继续使用含有三丁基锡的船舶防污涂料.贻贝和牡蛎对丁基锡化合物具有相似的富集能力.海产品中丁基锡的污染对人们的健康存在潜在的影响.
Using Mytilus edulis and Perna viridis as bioindicators to evaluate the contamination status of butyltins in Bohai coastal sites. Wide existence of butyhins was found in these samples with detection rate up to 100%, and the concentrations of the total butyhin ranged from 〈 23.4ng Sn·g^-1 to 162.4 ng Sn·g^-1 wet weight (mean 64.8ng Sn·g^-1). Among butyhins (BTs), tributyltin (TBT) was the predominant compound in most of the samples, indicating ongoing usage of TBT-based antifouling agents in China. The Mytilus edulis and Perna viridis showed the similar accumulation capabilities for BTs. The wide occurrence and serious pollution of BTs in seafood indicated a potential danger for the people's health.
