Along with the appearance and popularization of intemet, both the overhead expenses and operation cost have been greatly reduced. According to the explainations of transaction-cost economics, a reduction of organizational cost impels firms to extend their border, while the playing-down of transaction cost will make market more likely to substitute for firms in transaction. These are two entirely different trends, and how will be the result？ With the attempt to explore the tendence of the changing of firm borders under the internet condition, this paper poses two modes of firm border and analyze the determinative factors of firm borders under internet condition.
