摘要
组织中存在多种不同组织气氛,并且组织气氛对组织成员行为和组织结果都产生影响。国外从20世纪20年代就对组织气氛开始研究和测量。本文回顾了国外学者关于组织气氛的概念、维度及其测量等研究,为我国的相关研究提供借鉴。
There are many kinds of organizational climate. Organizational climate affects organizational members＇ behavior and organizational outcomes directly, In the last： twenty years, many tools to measure organizational climate have been developed. This paper makes a review of them and suggests organizational climate study in China.
