摘要 组织中存在多种不同组织气氛,并且组织气氛对组织成员行为和组织结果都产生影响。国外从20世纪20年代就对组织气氛开始研究和测量。本文回顾了国外学者关于组织气氛的概念、维度及其测量等研究,为我国的相关研究提供借鉴。 There are many kinds of organizational climate. Organizational climate affects organizational members' behavior and organizational outcomes directly, In the last: twenty years, many tools to measure organizational climate have been developed. This paper makes a review of them and suggests organizational climate study in China.
