摘要
教育是农民摆脱贫困的重要力量和工具。但是,我国农村长期贫困地区的教育发展相对滞后,并且因为教育体系和培养目标与农村实际不符、教育投资不足和当前愈来愈严重的“教育不公”,使教育的减贫作用无法发挥或者正在减弱。因此,教育改革是实现长期贫困人口脱贫的内在要求;农村教育必须在培养目标、学级构成、投入体制和教育扶贫体系方面进行必要的改革和完善。
Education is an important power and tool whereby farmers can be lifted out of poverty. However, education is underdeveloped in areas of persistent poverty in China. The educational system and objectives, inconsistent with realities in the countryside, combined with insufficient investment in education and ever-aggravating " unfairness in education", have hindered the full play of or weakened the poverty-alleviating effect of education. Therefore, educational reforul is the inherent requirement of lifting out of poverty population of persistent poverty ; rural education must be reformed and improved in terms of educational objectives, grades structure, investment system and poverty alleviation.
