摘要
对化工厂PTA扩能改造后氧化反应冷凝器进行的工艺标定结果表明,换热面积不足,导致实际冷凝出口温度高于原设计温度。通过对该蒸气冷凝换热器内气液传热传质机理分析,对过程进行了计算,并与采用传统的简单设计方法、ASPEN软件核算结果进行了比较。分析了冷凝系统工艺设计中存在的问题,为今后蒸气冷凝器改造设计提出了建议。
After PTA capacity increasing modification, the technology rating results of the oxidation condenser showed that the heat transfer area was inadequate. As a result, the real condenser outlet temperature was higher than the original design one. By analysis of heat and mass transfer characteristics of gas-vapour-liquid, the thermal process in the condenser was calculated, meanwhile heat capacity of the condenser was cheacked by traditional simple design method as well as by Aspen Plus software. The exist problems in the condensation system technology design were analysed. Adivice was given for the accurate design of vapour condenser modification in the future.
