摘要
以聚乙二醇为分散剂原位聚合含纳米ZnO粉体的聚酯,利用动态凝血实验研究了纳米ZnO及聚乙二醇对聚酯抗凝血性能的影响。实验结果表明,聚乙二醇可以改善纳米ZnO在聚酯中的分散性,含有纳米ZnO的聚酯薄膜的抗凝血性能优于纯聚酯薄膜,纳米ZnO不同的添加量对聚酯的抗凝血性能影响不同。聚乙二醇的不同添加量及其分子质量也影响聚酯的抗凝血性能。对纳米ZnO及聚乙二醇改善聚酯抗凝血性能的机理也作了初步的探讨。
In this article, the effect of nano-ZnO and PEG on the antithrombogenic properties of polyester was studied by kinetic clotting experiment. Nano-ZnO and PEG as dispersant were added in the esterification stage of the polyester polymerization process. The experimental results indicated that PEG can improve the dispersibility of ZnO nanoparticle in polyester. The antithrombogenicy property of polyesters containing nano-ZnO was improved when certain amount of nano-ZnO was added, and the different addition of PEG and its molecular mass also affect antithrombogenicy property of polyester. The mechanisms of the improvement on polyester antithrombogenicy properties by adding nano-ZnO and PEG were preliminary discussed.
