氧化空压机组加热器的改造

摘要 介绍防止加热器芯子腐蚀所采取的措施。通过加厚气液分离罐顶部的除雾网,增强捕捉液滴效果;在气液分离罐出口与加热器入口之间的管线上加夹套管通入低压蒸汽加热使HB r的液滴充分气化,入口管线为316 L不锈钢,管壁厚达8 mm等改造,使一套U形管式加热器芯子可用1 a以上。 The measures that can prevent the aeater core from corrosion were introduced. By adding the thickness of the demister at the top of the gas-liquid seperation tank,enhancing the catching drop results,increasing jacket pipe at the pipeline between the exit of the gas-liquid seperation tank and the entrance of the heater,under low pressure steaming for heating so that the HBr drop can be fully gasified, using 316L stainless steel as entrance pipeline material,with its thickness is 8 mm,a set of U shaped tubular heater core can be used for more than one year.
