摘要
本文全面检视了中国企业文化建设的现状,对国内的企业文化“热”进行了冷思考,认为目前中国企业文化建设存在着五个误区,即企业文化政工化、企业文化形式化、企业文化普泛化、企业文化外来化、企业文化传统化,这五个误区使中国企业文化出现了“浮”化、“虚”化、“同”化、“西”化、“老”化等现象。文章对这些偏颇的观念和做法进行了剖析,深入探寻了形成的根源,并相应地提出了改进思路,以期推动中国企业文化建设健康发展。
This paper gives a whole survey of the construction of Chinese business culture in which there exist five erroneous tendencies, namely, politicalization, formalization, generalization, foreignization and traditionalization, making Chinese business culture “unreal”, “empty”, “same”, “Western”, “old” and so on. This paper explores the forming root of the five tendencies and comes up with countermeasures in order to push ahead the sound development of Chinese business culture.
