产学研合作运行机制的机理分析——兼论河北省产学研合作的现状及应对策略

Operation System and Mechanism Analysis of Production,Learning and Research′s Combination——The Status Quo and Strategy of Production,Learning and Research′s Combination in Hebei Province

本文从动力机制、激励机制、约束机制、组织机制和调节机制等几方面对产学研合作运行机制的机理进行分析, 探寻产学研合作在社会经济增长中的“切入点”,并结合河北省产学研合作运行机制的现状与不足,提出相应的解决对策,为河北省完善产学研合作开发平台,进一步推动经济社会发展提供新的思路。

This paper, based on mechanism of dynamics, stimulation, restriction, organization, adjustment and so on, gives an analysis of operation system of production, learning and research＇s combination to seek for “cut-in point” of economic prosperity. According to the status quo and deficiency, corresponding solutions have been put forward to perfect the platform of production, learning and research＇s combination and new approaches have been provided to the economic and social development.
