摘要 针对阿巴卡韦(abacavir)作为抗艾滋病新药效果明显、需求量大,在查阅大量国外文献的基础上,对abacavir的作用、合成路线、市场前景等作了综述,并对其关键碳环中间体的合成路线进行了归纳。 As a new drug of anti-AIDS, Abacavir has a good effect in anti-AIDS, and the market requirement is great. Based on of the foreign literatures,this paper summarizes the effect,routes of synthesis and market foreground of abacavir,and sums up the routes of synthesising its carbocyclic ring.
