摘要 在对进口漂白针叶木硫酸盐浆(NBKP)、碱性过氧化氢机械浆(APMP)、废纸脱墨浆(DIP)进行纤维形态基本分析的基础上,进行了打浆实验,分析并比较了不同打浆度下3种浆料的性能变化,为配浆抄纸提供依据。结果表明,随着打浆的进行,3种浆料有相同的变化趋势,即白度不变,裂断长增加,而松厚度和光散射系数均显著降低。NBKP可提供给低定量涂布(LWC)原纸良好的强度,而APMP及DIP可提供一定的松厚度和不透明度。配抄时,可以用适量的DIP取代APMP,以降低成本。 On the basis of analyzing fiber morphology of NBKP, APMP, DIP, refining experiments of the pulps are carried out. The properties of the pulps with various beating degrees are compared, based on which further pulps blending and papermaking experiments are conducted. Refining experiment results indicate that there are similar development trends of the three pulps in refining. As refining continues, the breaking length increases while the brightness keeps on the same level, the bulk property and light scattering coefficient decreases. NBKP contributes to the paper strength. The bulk property and opacity are endowed with by APMP and DIP. APMP can partly be substituted with DIP in order to reduce the cost of LWC base paper.
