Analysis of and Countermeasures for the Status Quo of Human Recourses of Disease Prevention and Control in China

文章以2004年中国卫生统计提要的相关数据为主,分析了我国疾病预防控制机构人力资源现状、存在的主要问题及制约我国疾病预防控制人力资源的因素,探讨了优化疾病预防控制人力资源配置的对策,以促进疾病预防控制人力资源的开发和疾控事业的发展。

Based on the related data on Chinese Health-Statistics of 2004, this article analyzed Chinese human resources situation, key issues and restricted factors of the disease prevention and control institutions, and approached to the countermeasures on optimizing the resources allocation as to promote human resources exploitation and disease control enterprise development.
