摘要
以消防部队实战需要为背景,在分析建立消防部队可视数字化后援保障系统平台的必要性和可行性的基础上,提出了以实现跨平台信息共享及GIS技术为着眼点的系统设计思路,并阐述了建立基于电子地图的信息管理平台及实现基于专家系统的后援保障辅助决策的系统解决方案。
Based on the background of the actual combat,and the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of establishing visual digital backup safeguard system platform ,the paper put forward the design idea of mutual information share among different platforms and GIS technology,the system solution to establishing information management platform based on digital map and the backup decision-making system based on expert experiences have been discussed.
