电针调理髓海法治疗前庭中枢性平衡障碍疗效观察

Observations on the curative effect of marrow sea-regulating electroacupuncture on vestibular central unbalance

目的观察电针治疗前庭中枢性平衡障碍的疗效。方法将46例前庭中枢性平衡障碍的患者随机分为治疗组23例,对照组23例,经治疗4星期后,分别对Berg平衡量表、目测类比评分、静动态平衡试验进行观察。结果治疗组有效率86.96%,对照组65.22%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05);疗后Berg量表积分、睁眼双足站立时间和闭眼双足站立时间,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论该疗法是治疗前庭中枢性平衡障碍的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on vestibular central unbalance. Methods Forty-six patients with vestibular central unbalance were randomly divided into a treatment group of 23 cases and a control group of 23 cases. After 4 weeks＇ treatment, the effects were evaluated by Berg balance scale, Visual analog scale and a static-dynamic balance test. Restilts The effective rate was 86.96% in the treatment group and 65.22% in the control group. There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The effect evaluated by Berg balance scale score, eye. opening two feet standing time and eye closure two feet standing time was better in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion This therapy is an effective method for treating vestibular central unbalance.
