核转录因子κB在炎症疼痛中的作用机制及电针干预的可能性 被引量:1

摘要 核转录因子κB(NF-κB)参与多种炎症介质基因的转录和调控,在炎症免疫反应中发挥重要作用。本文主要综述了NF-κB的生物学特性,在炎症疼痛中的作用及双重疼痛调节效应机制,结合电针在炎症疼痛中的作用机制研究进展,预见电针干预NF-κB活性的可能性。 Nuclear transcription factor κB (NF-κB) is involved in the transcription and modulation of several inflammatory mediator genes and plays an important role in an inflammatory immunoreaction. This article mainly reviews the biologic properties of NF-κB, its action in inflammatory pain and the mechanism of its dual pain regulating effect and predicts the possibilty of electroacupuncture intervention in NF-κB activity on the basis of advances in the studies on the mechanism of the action of electroacupuncture in inflammatory pain.
