摘要
论文介绍了阿尔泰PCI2003数据采集卡以及基于此数据采集卡的材料拉压机液压控制系统设计。论文重点分析介绍了该实验系统的硬件组织结构及其控制机制。并以微机为核心,设计了功能灵活可靠的主控软件,最后在此基础上实现了数字离散PID控制器的设计。
This paper introduced ART PCI2003 data collection card and the control system of material spring machine based on this card. The paper emphasized on the hardware and mechanism of the experiment system and showed the design of flexible and credible software and realization of numeric discrete PID controller.
